Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive, and resilient work attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and operating warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
