1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. The position offers up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour for 30-35 hours per week during 1st Shift, starting at 7:00 AM. The role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively, demonstrate attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team environment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
