We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
