1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. The role involves various schedules, including rotation and weekend options.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and sanitation issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
