1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate attention to detail, and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines, report quality and safety concerns, and perform all assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Conscientious, collaborative, resilient, and success-driven.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and various warehouse activities.
• Working in different temperatures and environments.
