1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an hourly wage starting at $18.50 - $24.50 based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in adherence to product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, following sanitation guidelines.
• Independently make decisions within the designated scope of responsibility.

Physical Requirements

The role involves lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating equipment in varying temperatures.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
