3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and organization, and working collaboratively with your team to meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and liaise with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory tasks.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and movement throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
