General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for the loading/unloading of freight.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Maintain safe working conditions and handle hazardous materials responsibly.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on collaboration and excellence.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation industry.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
