General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Promote safe handling, loading, and storage of materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or freight handling preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
