General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and manage resources for timely, damage-free, and safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Service center or transportation background desired.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
