ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and timely loading/unloading of freight, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring a positive work environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage available resources for loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and schedules, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
• Foster a values-driven culture focused on teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in transportation or logistics advantageous.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of freight handling techniques.
