You will be the backbone of our team, providing essential clerical support, managing employee files, interacting with customers, handling calendars and correspondence, conducting research, and overseeing office inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support, including business writing and bookkeeping.
  • Manage employee files and participate in the hiring process.
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive online reviews.

  • Maintain office inventory and supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Availability for full-time hours including Tues-Fri 9-5 and Sat 10-3.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills, communication, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
