Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and follow safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
