Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Ensure accurate inventory management and perform store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies and uphold data security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
