Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently
• Operate cash register with accuracy and handle customer purchases
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitoring for accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating store equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
