Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
