We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and collaborating with team members. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is presented neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with their inquiries, and enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
