Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Process customer purchases accurately, stock shelves, and contribute to inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to join Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
