Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist in a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $19.00 per hour. You will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, processing purchases, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and store maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
