We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and product displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
