Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
