Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. This position is Full-Time with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Take inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
