Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
  • Skilled in general cleaning duties and following company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to work independently and in a team setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
