Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our retail store, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize errors.
- Execute general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
