Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our retail store, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize errors.
  • Execute general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
