Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our high-energy Avis Budget Group enterprise. In this outdoor role, you will assist customers in various parts of the rental or return process at our airport lots, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in rental or return process on airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Process rentals and offer assistance with loyalty program inquiries.
• Operate handheld devices for data entry.
• Ensure cars are ready for customers and return process is efficient.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
