Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
• Operate handheld devices for processing rentals and loyalty customer transactions.
• Work at exit gates, check-in vehicles upon return, and perform related tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shift schedules.
• Ability to move throughout rental lots, enter/exit vehicles, and drive various vehicles.
• Prior retail customer service experience preferred.
