Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a valued team member, you will assist customers in the return process of rental cars, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers during car returns.
• Record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle conditions accurately.
• Check-in vehicles using our computer systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varied shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred.
