Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dice Line Lead to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Timberville, VA. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and sustainable production of high-quality food products.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery on the production line, including Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler, and Spice Room.
• Set up and maintain equipment, handle paperwork, and perform additional tasks as needed.
• Read and understand meat inventories, formulas, and specifications.
• Rotate within departments and collaborate with team members effectively.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Effective English communication skills, with Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with operating systems like IPFS and SAP.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work on the production line efficiently.
