Electrician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of our global team dedicated to nourishing the world sustainably, you will be responsible for executing automation solutions, designing control systems, and ensuring the reliability of electrical and instrumentation functions in the plant. Responsibilities

• Execute automation solutions for plant processes.
• Design and configure control systems.
• Ensure the reliability of electrical and instrumentation functions.
• Collaborate with the fix/support team to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training on completed projects.

Requirements

• Permanent work authorization in the U.S.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Strong analytical skills to read and analyze electrical schematics.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with automation, electrical, and/or instrumentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at Cargill is a plus.
• Proficiency in continuous and batch process control strategies.
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI systems, and digital business technologies.
• Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance and planning.
