Event/Delivery Staff

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Event Staff and Delivery Staff at The PopCorn Lady. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering memorable experiences to our clients and their guests. Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces following detailed plans, arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Deliver products to distribution clients as required.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and attentively to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in event areas, including dining and serving stations.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless coordination during events.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for food handling and personal hygiene.
• Contribute to post-event cleanup and breakdown tasks efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, banquet service, or related experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification a plus.
