Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a dynamic and inclusive fitness community. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing studio and group fitness usage while fostering a supportive and energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, ultimately exceeding set goals.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
• Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and mentoring to maintain high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing member needs promptly, and fostering a culture of enthusiasm and passion.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community.
• Certifications in fitness training or related areas preferred.
