Responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding customer care and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Supervise front desk team members to adhere to standard operating procedures and provide excellent service.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and reservations to meet guest needs.
  • Participate in setting yield management strategies, marketing programs, and rates.
  • Oversee front desk schedules, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Maintain front desk supplies, ensure computer equipment functionality, and uphold safety and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative or Front Desk Cashier.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Evaluation Criteria

Support staff will be evaluated based on quality of work, attendance, courtesy, reliability, compliance with policies, and initiative.

Work Environment

This is a working supervisor position requiring flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work is primarily performed in hotel guest rooms, public areas, and some office settings.
