Job Description

We are looking for a talented Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring overall performance and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operational results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
• Identify and implement training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product quality standards.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience of at least 3 years, with management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
