As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow procedures, communicate clearly, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
