Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and requires working an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Aptitude for operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
