Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and help with store inventory counts.
- Fulfill cash handling procedures accurately and follow company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet state requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
