We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in accordance with ALDI's standards.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, provide customer assistance, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with cash-handling policies to minimize losses and maintain document confidentiality.
• Execute physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience considered an asset.
