Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and all tasks are completed efficiently.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers
• Participating in inventory management and adhering to company policies

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
