Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
