Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback on products and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
