Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment effectively.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
