Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the store by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Collaboration and exceptional customer service are at the heart of this position.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience in retail and operating equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
