Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play an essential role in ensuring the store maintains a neat and organized appearance, provides exceptional customer service, and collaborates effectively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to company standards (M.A.P.).
• Handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
• Follow company protocols, including security measures and data confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to use store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work both independently and in a team environment.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
