Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers a starting wage of $19.00 per hour and requires 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
