Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring impeccable store maintenance, exceptional customer service, and effective teamwork. Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products while maintaining a well-organized store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed in this role.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Capacity to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
