Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and management to uphold ALDI's standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and restock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
