Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers effectively, providing exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and feedback on products and store issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a retail environment.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
