Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring products are displayed neatly. This position offers a starting wage of $19.00 per hour with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, participate in store inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
