Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to successfully lead store operations and ensure exceptional customer service. In this role, you will supervise daily activities, manage schedules, train and develop team members, and contribute to overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Ensure product quality and store cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
