We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage store operations effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
